Switch up the format by creating these creative kid-friendly versions on a skewer using all your favourite ingredients! A toothpick helps keep this tasty take on a tuna melt together until lunch time. Made from protein-rich chickpeas and chickpea flour, they pack a nutritional punch, too.
Once baked, toss them in a kale salad for a healthy meal worth recreating. Garlic and powders added to batter make them a savoury affair, perfect for pairing with fresh mozzarella, basil and sliced tomato.
