Lee I've had the pleasure of knowing you and Steve for many years. I offer my deepest sympathy to you and your family for your loss. Steve's dedication and passion regarding his grandchildren's activities was always something special to listen to. My thoughts and prayers are with you. He had a very challenging time as a child during the Holocaust. Wishing you good memories and healing. Although I did not know Steve for very long, he was the eternal optimist no matter the circumstance.

Esther Levy May 22, I have written a book I hope to share with Stephen Melnik's family, as he is mentioned in it, and I just found an official stamped German document from Feb 24, that was in my late mother's documents. Gary Bauer April 1, Always my favorite Uncle, Steve was kind, fun and always had an infectious smile. Esther Levy December 16, I was shocked and saddened to read of Stephen's passing, and so close to where I spend my weekends in NJ. September 10, Our sincere condolences to you Lee, and your family.
