The Vagabond Bards, a dedicated group of musicians, singers, actors, poets, and teachers of the unwritten oral folklore of the Terran Worlds, are finding themselves coming under pressure to disband or face probable imprisonment—even death.
TRAILER DEBUTS FOR TALES OF THE VAGABOND BARDS! | ComicMix
For generations these roving men and women have spread throughout the population, dedicating their lives to educating and assisting their fellow Humans while recording and preserving their knowledge and experiences, making sure the tales of the past are kept alive throughout the mostly illiterate masses.
Sworn to Understand, Love, and Keep the Truth, they now face strong opposition from the upstart religion of Helios the Sun God, whose belief is sweeping the countryside, rewriting history and changing views of the past in the most alarming manner. Show me there to ride! Drawn on to the sky!
Towards The Sea Through vast landscapes he rode towards east Until he felt the salty odour in his nose The sound of waves come from far away Under all thorns he found the rose A moment later the infinity opened Foaming waves splashing onto the sands Notes began to surround his ears Carrying message from foreign lands So sang the sea Thy wings can't fly These wings can't bear thee high towards the moon Thou see, the quest is not all Thy wings can't fly These wings can't bear thee high thou soar "Tis worth it..?
Hear the autumn call Thou are the midst of labyrinth Search so long - there is no exit Say goodbye to the warm breath of summer Northwind comes - skyfires are lit Thy wings can't fly These wings can't bear thee high towards the moon Thou see, the quest is not all Thy wings can't fly These wings can't bear thee high thou soar "Tis worth it..?

Hear the autumn call The answer is the two oaks in woods The answer is the two oaks in woods The answer is the two oaks in woods Hear the autumn call" 7. A Lonely October Night Once again left the rider With no clue where to do Helpless and frustrated He began to wander in woe He wandered here and where Without a place to go Nights fell and days damned Onwards he just rode The trees dropped their leaves Soon the first snow would fall A lonely rider was sleeping Beside the ancient stonewall "Behing the wall is a realm no man dares to go There thou find the answers Wise and old is the keeper of the stone The stone sees days - passed and to come" The rider heard the voice Whispering these words Where it came or who it was A delusion he had heard?
Snowflakes drew a picture Right on his eyes A line of hills behind forest Where dusk colours the sky "Behing the wall is a realm no man dares to go There thou find the answers Wise and old is the keeper of the stone The stone sees days - passed and to come" When the sun appeared over the woods on the horizon The rider sat thinking was it a dream or real In a moment he mounted the horse, began to search For a gate to enter the unknown realm 8.
Storming The Soothsayer Three miles east he found a molten gate Entered through it into the unknown in fear Enchanted his horse carried him to his fate Across moors not to walked for a hundred years In a cave of the furthest hills Dwelleth a man so old Has seen trees grow and fade In the ancient lands cold Keeper of the Stone of Ages Knowing future and past Stormwind his name, a soothsayer His wisdom was vast "What do thou seek?
The answer is two oaks! Stormwind the Soothsayer Stormwind! The two of us got on like a house on fire. Weeks had flown by, maybe even months and the days within those months were possibly among the best I had.
Talsgar the Wanderer
We sang and wrote, laughed and lived as if there were nothing wrong with the world. The only thing he had left was a scroll and written upon it were beautiful words to a song he had been working on. With me still is the scroll and my will to find him is ever present.

I have taken the position as a bard myself and have since left my parents side to search, and sing that song in hopes of finding him. I meet with them as much as I can and swap all I have learned, but still, I am always hungry to get back on the road.

Chapter 6: Paige's journey began wonderfully - each time the wordsmith gathering came around, the young mare was more than excited to begin celebrations. This was the first time she ventured there alone, her familier Bear being the exception of course. However, as the time drew on, it became clear that things were not going to run as smoothly as expected.
A storm, abnormal in colour and frightening before it even began.
Paige followed the path that promised shelter but stumbled upon a building that went from bright and lively to abandoned and decrepit as she got closer. It took all her courage, but the pegasus settled down for the night in order to stay out of the storm - voices, whispers All through the night, she felt tormented.
Come morn, a charm seemed to appear With no idea how it had gotten where it hung, Paige picked it up with caution only to realise it was an idol of none other than Digend, said to be an old Vagabond legend; there were songs she'd heard, those than sung the legend praise, so took the charm.
The voices hushed, and the bard left, ready to join the gathering and tall her tale of her interesting evening. Updated art!
Dark-Wolfs-Stock for reference! The young mare was seemingly born with the want to make sure everyone is okay at all times and, if anything ever happened to someone she is with, or even someone she is simply passing on her travels, Paige will not hesitate to help. Letting others in on the things she's writing and she's more than willing to teach others what she knows.
