Acting Auditions Los Angeles - How to Audition - (New Guide)
It may seem daunting, but remember that you all have something unique to offer, so no worries. Many casting studios will have more than one audition running at one time. For Commerical auditions, there will be a stack of blank forms hanging about. It never hurts to write your call time on the form, just in case you get lost in the mix.
For Film or TV auditions, they don't usually need a form to be filled out, but if you're at a union audition Film, TV, or Commercial you will find a sign-in sheet. Make sure you sign-in and sign-out every time, even if you are not part of the union. In the actual audition room, expect to see the casting director and a camera operator.
The casting assistant may also join you in the room. Simply follow their directions.

You audition.
The Actor’s Guide to Callback Auditions
You get a callback. On hold? But they might. Ask for some time to go out and get familiar with the new script.
Do your text analysis and learn the lines as much as you can in the time you have. They are rooting for you. There are a million factors that go into casting decisions. They may have somebody else in another spot that is already your type, or you may be just a little too young or too old, or too short or too tall, or any number of things. Everybody in the room may want to cast you…but the network may need them to go with somebody else.
All you can control is your prep and your delivery on the day. Memorize the script.
